We enable all children to access resources and equipment and craft, adult-led and self-chosen activities are available each day. These include computers, musical instruments, books, puzzles, bricks, blocks, role play, small world toys, sand and water, slide, bikes, mark-making and creative media.
All resources and equipment are suitable for the appropriate age and individual development needs of the children. All children have equal access to facilities, activities and play opportunities: including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
Additional activities include woodland walks, investigating, exploring and ‘maintaining’ the allotment, visits to the local play area, church and village gardens. We also have the opportunity to use the school swimming pool for some sessions during the second half of the summer term.
